Job Description
elecaller – CreditBee, BangaloreWe are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join the CreditBee team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining loan and financial products, understanding customer requirements, and assisting them throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain personal loan and financial product details clearly.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and verification teams.
- Handle customer questions professionally and politely.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
