Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain our products/services, and convert leads into sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- RequirementsKannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telesales/telecalling/inside sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
