Telesales Executive

Make outbound calls to customers and generate leads for personal loans, business loans, home loans, LAP, and other financial products.

Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, documentation, and other terms.

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Qualify leads based on income, employment/business profile, credit profile, and loan requirement.

Collect required customer documents and coordinate with the bank/NBFC for processing.

Follow up with customers until login, approval, disbursement

Handle customer objections related to interest rates, processing fees, eligibility, and documentation.

Maintain daily calling and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.

Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and relationship managers to resolve application issues.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable making required number of calls per day calls per day.

Good follow-up and objection-handling ability.

Basic knowledge of loans and financial products.

Target-oriented and comfortable working under sales pressure.

Hindi/English + Kannada is an advantage. previous team leaders can also apply
