Telesales Executive – Job Description

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Languages: Hindi + English + Kannada/Telugu/Tamil or other regional languages

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain call records.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide proper information.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive calling experience.
  • RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is preferred.
  • Hindi and English are required.
  • Candidates who can speak Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or other regional languages will be preferred.
  • Candidates fluent in 3–4 languages will have an added advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
  • Candidates should be confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
