Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and their benefits clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order/service delivery.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate with minimum 6 months of experience are eligible to apply.
