Transport Manager

VACANCY – TRANSPORT INCHARGE

Location: Electronic City

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Transport Incharge to oversee the day-to-day transport operations of a fleet of approximately 150 vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and monitor daily transport operations and fleet movement.

* Ensure smooth and timely operation of all assigned routes.

* Coordinate with drivers, attendants, supervisors, school authorities and management.

* Monitor driver attendance, reporting time, route adherence and discipline.

* Handle daily operational issues and ensure quick resolution.

* Monitor vehicle availability, breakdowns, maintenance and emergency situations.

* Ensure compliance with safety procedures, documentation and transport protocols.

* Maintain daily operational reports and provide updates to management.

* Lead and coordinate the transport team effectively.

* Ensure high standards of service, discipline and professionalism.

Mandatory Requirements

* Fluent in English and Kannada – Mandatory.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to manage a large fleet and transport team.

* Prior experience in school transport / fleet management / logistics operations preferred.

* Willingness to work flexible hours as required by daily transport operations.

* Good knowledge of Bengaluru routes and traffic conditions is an advantage.
