Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹27,000 per month

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹2,000

About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for helping customers plan their travel. You will assist clients with travel bookings, tour packages, ticket reservations, and provide end-to-end travel support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in planning domestic and international travel.
• Explain tour packages and travel itineraries.
• Handle flight, hotel, bus, and holiday package bookings.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on pending leads.
• Coordinate with vendors and travel partners.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
• EligibilityEducation: 12th Pass or above
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Travel, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field
• Age: 18–60 years
• Gender: Female
• English: Basic English communication skills
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer handling skills
• Sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of travel booking processes is an added advantage
