Job Description
Role & Responsibility –
- Recruiting agents, regular sales training for health insurance policy
- Managing agency partners for generating regular sales
- Training for health insurance policies through field sales and physical meetings.
- Achieving branch targets, maintaining client & agent relations.
· Experience – Minimum 1 year experience into Agency / Health sales
· Location – Bengaluru, Chennai, Thrissur, Pallakad, Thanjavoor, Mallapurram
· Employment Type – Full time.
· Education – Any Graduation.
· Preferred candidate – With good knowledge of insurance industry and health insurance.
· Skills Required – Relationship Management, Sales experience, Product knowledge.
· CTC Details – 2 to 4 LPA
