MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for the company’s real-estate projects. 
• Generate leads through digital and offline marketing activities. 
• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. 
• Create and coordinate marketing content, posts, videos, brochures and advertisements. 
• Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. 
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and other vendors, if required. 
• Support offline marketing activities such as banners, hoardings, newspaper advertisements, events and property promotions. 
• Monitor marketing campaigns and maintain records of leads and enquiries. 
• Coordinate with the sales team and provide them with marketing-generated leads. 
• Study competitors and market trends. 
• Prepare regular marketing reports. 
• Support the team in achieving monthly lead generation and site-visit targets. 

Skills Required: 

• Good communication and presentation skills. 
• Knowledge of Video Editing is a MUST. 
• Must know about software's like Davinci Resolve, PR, AE, PO  
• Basic knowledge of digital and offline marketing. 
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads. 
• Knowledge of social media marketing. 
• Good coordination and organizational skills. 
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an advantage. 
• Creative thinking and willingness to learn. 
• Knowledge of the real-estate market will be an advantage. 

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field would be a plus. 
• Freshers with relevant skills or candidates with up to 3 years of experience may apply.
