Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator who can conceptualize, create, edit, and publish engaging video content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the end-to-end video content process, from understanding the content requirements and planning the shoot to editing and publishing the final video.

Key Responsibilities:

•      Create and publish 4 videos per week across relevant social media platforms.

•      Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with the brand's communication and marketing goals.

•      Plan and execute video shoots, including basic setup of camera, lighting, and audio.

•      Shoot short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, educational content, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.

•      Edit videos for social media using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.

•      Add appropriate captions, graphics, transitions, music, sound effects, and branding elements.

•      Adapt videos to different platform formats and specifications.

•      Write or assist with video hooks, captions, and basic copy where required.

•      Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, editing styles, and content trends.

•      Maintain a consistent visual and creative style across all published content.

•      Coordinate with the marketing team to understand upcoming campaigns, events, and content requirements.

•      Maintain a weekly content pipeline and ensure videos are delivered and published on schedule.

•      Review basic content performance metrics and use insights to improve future content.

Required Skills:

•      Strong video shooting and editing skills.

•      Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video content.

•      Strong sense of storytelling, composition, pacing, and visual aesthetics.

•      Ability to create engaging hooks within the first few seconds of a video.

•      Familiarity with social media trends and audience behaviour.

•      Basic knowledge of lighting, audio, framing, and camera operation.

•      Good communication and time-management skills.

•      Ability to work independently and meet weekly content deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

•      Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Media, Film, Design, Marketing, or a related field.

•      Prior experience creating social media content for brands, schools, education, lifestyle, or similar organizations.

•      Portfolio demonstrating previous video/content work.

Success Metric of this position (KPIs):

•      Consistent quality videos delivered and published on schedule.

•      Consistent adherence to brand guidelines.

•      Timely execution of the content calendar.

•      Continuous improvement in content quality, engagement, and reach.

•      Ability to identify and leverage relevant social media trends.

Location:

1. Hosur, Tamil Nadu – preferred base location.

2. Bangalore candidates encouraged to apply – must be able to commute to Raykottai on a hybrid basis.
