Software Engineer

AskMeOffers is looking for talented Software Engineers with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work on AI systems, including training, evaluating, improving, and integrating AI/ML models.

• What You Will Work OnBuild software and infrastructure for training and evaluating AI models.
• Work with datasets used for AI/ML training and experimentation.
• Develop tools and automation for model training, testing, benchmarking, and evaluation.
• Analyze model outputs and identify opportunities to improve quality and accuracy.
• Build APIs, backend services, and data-processing pipelines supporting AI applications.
• Experiment with different models, prompts, datasets, and evaluation techniques.
• Debug complex technical and data-related problems.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to bring AI-powered features into production.
• Explore new AI technologies, frameworks, and approaches.

You should have:

• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#, or similar.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, APIs, databases, and software design.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Curiosity about AI, machine learning, and modern technology.
• Ability to independently investigate problems and develop practical solutions.
