Hiring: Accountant (5+ Years Experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Accountant with at least 5 years of experience to handle day-to-day financial operations and project accounting for our real estate ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

•         Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.

•         Project Tracking: Monitor site-wise expenses and contractor billing for residential/commercial projects.

•         Compliance: GST reconciliation, TDS deductions, and timely statutory filings.

•         Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.

•         Documentation: Maintain organized digital and physical records of all financial transactions and land documents.

Requirements:

•         Experience: 5+ years in a core accounting role (Real Estate/Construction background is a plus).

•         Education: B.Com or M.Com.

•         Technical Skills: Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

•         Competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to meet monthly closing deadlines.
