Job Description
Bangalore Connect is a voice-calling app for Bengaluru. Users call in, you take the call, and you earn for every minute you talk. No targets, no sales, no cold calling — only incoming calls.
We are hiring Voice Executives for the night shift.
WHAT YOU DO
- Stay online on the app during your chosen 6-hour shift
- Answer incoming voice calls from users
- Hold a friendly, respectful conversation
- Talk about the caller's day, city life, interests, or whatever they want to discuss
- Voice only — no video, no face reveal, your number is never shared
SHIFTS (choose one)
- 6:00 pm – 12:00 am
- 12:00 am – 6:00 am
Night shifts get the highest call volume and the highest bonus.
WHAT YOU EARN
- Per-minute earnings on every call you take
- Bonus is paid when you stay online the full shift and miss zero calls
- Withdraw to your bank once a day; money is cleared the same day
WHAT YOU NEED
- Android or iPhone with a stable internet connection
- A quiet place to take calls
- Must be living in Bengaluru
