Job Description

  • Warehouse Executive – Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage inward and outward stock movement and verify quantities received.
  • Maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory and update stock in the system.
  • Pick, pack, label, and dispatch customer orders on time.
  • Handle D2C and marketplace orders across Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, FirstCry, etc.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and RTO shipments and update inventory.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and proper product storage.
  • Coordinate with courier partners, customer support, and the packing team.
  • Maintain daily reports for stock, dispatches, pending orders, and returns.
  • Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and minimise picking and packing errors.
