AD Transformation - GDC

The KPMG Global Services Delivery Platform (KGSDP) Transformation Function drives strategic programs across KGSDP and KPMG firms globally using Lean, Six Sigma and Automation. We aim to enable sustainable growth, improved margins and enhanced value delivery to clients. Our customized programs are recognized in Business Transformation, Low-Cost Automation and Digitalization, Robotics and Automation by prestigious industry associations in India, such as the CII, QCI and Mint Tech Circle.

Roles & responsibilities

•The position in discussion is with the Lean OpEx Transformation team at KGS, which is KPMG’s global delivery center and an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, build scalability, and improve profitability globally.
•Principal Duties/Responsibilities
•Lead and manage BU specific large operations transformation initiatives working closely with KGSDP Leadership t as well as global KPMG member firms
•To manage global stakeholders and build long term relationships to continuously generate internal roadmap and chargeable work opportunities
•Assess all aspects of current operating model including people, process, technology etc. as well as design and implement target operating model, working in close collaboration with the service lines
•Lead CI culture establishment to generate problem solving and analytical mindset within teams
•Delivery tangible outcomes through OpEx projects and initiatives driving efficient project management practices
•Collaborate within BU’s / Peer experts /Global teams to maximize benefit realization
•Create and deliver a communications plan which builds a deep and wide understanding of OpEx across the division
•Identify and grow potential OpEx Internal resource and evangelists. Increase the Pool of  quality improvement Catalysts across KGS
•Lead problem solving and brainstorming workshops with project stakeholders
•Prepare analysis reports, solution designs and other project deliverables and own responsibility for timely completion and quality of outputs

Qualifications

•Graduate / Engineering background (Tier1 colleges etc.)
•MBA (Preferred, not mandatory)
•Certified Six Sigma Black Belt


Work experience

12-14+ years of overall work experience

•8+ years in independently driving transformation projects in large global organizations or with consulting firms

Must have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 and/or leading Consulting firms

Mandatory Skills

•Excellent knowledge and experience of leading global process transformation projects using lean/ six sigma tools and techniques
•Strong Analytical skills – ability to investigate, identify underlying issues in processes
•Experience in developing global operating models leveraging onshore and offshore delivery centers
•Excellent Project management skills including ability to manage multiple workstreams/ projects at the same time.
•Preferable have driven diverse technology enabled solution using
•Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
