Summary:
As an AI Strategy Practitioner, a typical day involves leveraging deep industry knowledge and artificial intelligence insights to develop comprehensive strategies that align with business objectives. This role focuses on identifying opportunities where AI can add value throughout the business value chain, designing blueprints for data and AI platforms, and shaping target operating models. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the AI initiatives are integrated effectively, while also considering broader organizational impacts such as talent strategy and capability development. The role demands a forward-thinking approach to drive innovation and sustainable growth through AI adoption.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of AI strategy and roadmaps to align with business goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of AI initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong experience in designing and implementing AI-driven business solutions.
- Ability to develop and articulate data and AI platform blueprints and target operating models.
