As an Application Developer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining the applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering efficient and effective application solutions that support operational success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application development best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues effectively.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
Mandatory to have Workday Related certification.
