Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring tools to detect potential issues early.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure components.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Ability to automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Skilled in using monitoring and alerting tools to maintain system health.
