We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP PS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP PS, including project planning, budgeting, cost tracking, resource management, project execution, and integration with other SAP modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand project management requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to project management processes.
  • Configure and implement SAP PS functionalities including:
    • Project Definition
    • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
    • Networks and Activities
    • Milestones
    • Project Planning and Scheduling
    • Cost Planning and Budgeting
    • Revenue Planning
    • Resource Management
  • Support project lifecycle activities from blueprinting through deployment and hypercare.
  • Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance support.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP PS and:
    • SAP FI/CO
    • SAP MM
    • SAP SD
    • SAP PM
    • SAP EAM
    • SAP PP
    • SAP S/4HANA modules
  • Conduct workshops and provide end-user training.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PS implementation and support projects.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Project Structures (Project Definition, WBS, Networks)
    • Cost Planning and Budget Control
    • Progress Analysis and Earned Value Management
    • Resource Planning
    • Settlement Processes
    • Results Analysis
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Project Systems.
  • Strong understanding of integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, and PP modules.
  • Experience in configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
  • Ability to prepare functional design documents and business process documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementations.
  • SAP PS certification.
  • Knowledge of SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM).
  • Experience in industries such as Engineering & Construction, Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or EPC projects.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and reporting tools.
