Associate Data Governance Analyst

We are looking for an Associate Data Governance Analyst to join our Data Governance team in Bangalore. This is an amazing opportunity to work on data quality and data governance of customer accounts The team consists of four people and is reporting to the Team Lead of Data Governance. We have great skill set in researching, analyzing, and managing accounts and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in data quality management and data governance frameworks.  

About You

• Must have minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management, or a closely related data operations role is required.
• Must have experience in analyzing and managing customer account data, including account setup, data cleansing, relationship mapping, hierarchy management, and identifying data inconsistencies across CRM and Finance systems.
• Should be good in using digital tools and data systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly; familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar customer‑data platforms is a plus.
• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in information systems, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics/Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain/Operations Management, 

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Collect and organize data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy.  
• Perform routine data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency within applicable systems. 
• Maintain and update data records and accounts in applicable systems.  
• Identify and resolve basic data issues and discrepancies. 
• Document data definitions, sources, and procedures for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and support quality initiatives

About the Team   

    

The team ensures the accuracy, governance, and quality of customer master data across Salesforce and finance systems. They manage system integrations, enforce data standards, lead data cleansing and account hierarchy initiatives, support CRM and process improvement projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and compliant order processing. 

Hours of Work  

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST schedule (including one hour break)
