Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation.
- Process and verify customer/client applications and documents.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Handle data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other departments for operational support.
- Track pending cases and ensure timely closure.
- Manage filing systems and maintain confidential records.
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support audit and compliance-related activities.
- Respond to internal queries and provide administrative assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with 1-3 years of back-office/operations experience may apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management is preferred.
