Cook / Chef

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our restaurant team. Various positions are available, including Chef, Waitstaff, Host/Hostess and Dishwasher. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:

 Chef: 

• Prepare and cook authentic Nepali dishes according to traditional recipes.

• Develop new menu items and seasonal specials.

• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling.

• Train and supervise kitchen staff.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Waitstaff:

• Greet and seat guests.

• Take orders and serve food and beverages.

• Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience.

• Handle payments and provide accurate billing.

Host/Hostess:

• Welcome guests and manage reservations.

• Coordinate seating arrangements and manage the waitlist.

• Provide menus and answer questions about the menu and restaurant.
