- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and integration within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing and system configurations.
- Familiarity with data migration and validation techniques within SAP HCM Payroll.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in payroll management.
- Payroll for UK/SG/AU/US/CA/NZ.
- We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll & Time Management Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, Positive/Negative Time Evaluation, Absence Management, and Payroll Processing. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, configuration, support, statutory compliance, integrations, testing, and payroll operations across multiple countries.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
