Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software architecture to meet evolving business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
