Summary:
As a ServiceNow Integrations Specialist, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. The role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer facilitates discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journeys, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and tailored integration solutions is a key aspect of the daily workflow, fostering seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Integrations
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing system integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with API management and data exchange protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
