We are currently seeking a Marketing & Comms. Director to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description:

 

The Global Web Production Director will be responsible for leading web production operations for the NTT DATA market-facing websites. The director will partner with development teams to optimize and enhance web production capabilities to meet marketing goals. The director will support the execution of global web initiatives, including the NorthStar web transformation program, global taxonomy with adoption of universal content, and adoption of global tools/platforms and best practices. The director will be responsible for leading members of the global web production team as well as contractors or agency resources when needed.

 

 

Responsibilities might include:

• Strategically leverage in depth knowledge of Sitecore platforms, including CMS, DAM and CMP.
• Execute complex digital projects, including creation, maintenance, testing, publication and translation of web content.
• Implement web standards and best practices across all web production teams to achieve global efficiencies.
• Ensure use of appropriate brand, design and content guidelines.
• Focus on speed and outcomes that meet or exceed project goals.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to promote our portfolio and expertise and to create demand on the website.
• Prioritize activities to deploy content and features, including creation of requirements and quality assurance testing.

 

 

Skills/Criteria Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with Sitecore digital platforms in a web production role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of web development technologies and processes.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under tight timelines and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with HTML.
• Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience managing a team’s activities in an MRM system.

 

Preferred skills and experience:

• Project management tool experience in Jira or ServiceNow.
• Translation management system experience.
• Sitecore Content Hub experience with DAM and CMP.
• Experience with complex web platform and content migration projects.
