What would you do? • The Banking Services offering delivers mobilization, transition and transformation of banking operations across global, multi-location delivery environments. It covers retail, commercial and corporate banking, lending, payments, trade finance, treasury, deposits, customer onboarding, KYC, AML, regulatory controls and customer service, supported by governance, automation and operating-model transformation. • Manage end-to-end mobilization and transition of Banking Operations, from due diligence, solution validation and transition planning through knowledge transfer, process migration, operational readiness, stabilization and hypercare. Coordinate people, process, technology, governance, financial, risk and dependency workstreams to achieve contractual milestones, service readiness and business outcomes. • Banking Operations, mobilization, transition and transformation; due diligence and solution validation; target operating model and transition planning; governance, program financials, risk and dependency management; process migration, knowledge transfer, controls and stabilization; automation and continuous improvement; executive stakeholder management and global team leadership.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill: Banking Operations Mobilization and Transition Management. Secondary skill: Banking Transformation and Program Delivery. Extensive experience leading complex, global and multi-location banking programs, managing cross-functional workstreams, stakeholders, financials, risks, dependencies, operational readiness, process migration, stabilization and contractual commitments.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end mobilization, transition and transformation programs for Banking Operations. • • Plan and coordinate global, multi-location delivery across people, process, technology, governance, financial and operational workstreams. • • Manage transition teams and delivery resources through migration, stabilization and hypercare. • • Drive due diligence, solution validation, target operating model design and detailed transition planning. • • Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, ownership and progress reporting. • • Lead process migration, knowledge transfer, controls implementation, operational readiness and service stabilization. • • Manage governance, executive stakeholder engagement, client relationships, program financials, risks, issues, dependencies and escalations. • • Ensure achievement of contractual commitments, transition milestones and agreed business outcomes. • • Lead discussions on banking operating models, regulatory requirements, controls and transformation priorities. • • Drive continuous improvement, automation and technology-enabled transformation initiatives. • • Prepare executive governance reviews and client updates tailored to the target audience. • • Lead multidisciplinary, cross-location teams, resolve complex issues and make timely decisions in ambiguous environments.
