Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must Have Experience:

Node.js & Express:

** Proficient in RESTful API design, middleware, authentication flows (JWT, OAuth). SSO Implementation:

** Familiarity with SSO solutions (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect). Data Modeling & Integrations:

** Experience with MongoDB/Supabase and API integrations (Outlook, JIRA). Scalability & Concurrency:

** Knowledge of caching (Redis), load balancing, or asynchronous job queues. Framework Mindset:

** Structures the backend so that new modules don’t require a full refactor. AWS services.
