Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes and software engineering solutions that enhance user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that technical feasibility aligns with design intent. You will engage in iterative testing and feedback sessions to optimize user interactions, while also addressing any technical challenges that arise during the prototyping process. Your role will require a balance of creativity and technical insight, allowing you to contribute significantly to the overall user experience strategy.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delphix.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Delphix.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
