Revenue Platform CoE Manager, Systems and AI Integration

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in finance/accounting systems, tools implementations or program management.
• Experience writing SQL queries and analyzing database structures.
  
• Experience managing projects in finance and engineering.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience configuring GenAI tools, automated workflows, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience in developing deep expertise in Q2R processes and revenue platforms (GPP and SAP) to enable AI prototypes and recommending creative solutions for finance process transformation.
• Proficiency in designing, developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration or other build, test and release.
• Strong executive communication skills with experience creating compelling decks with data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Ability to multitask on varying projects and initiatives, all while dealing with ambiguity in an unstructured, ever-changing environment.

As one of five pillars of RP, the Center of Excellence (CoE) team leverages across RP domain expertise to expand operational capacity, drive process efficiency and accelerate agentic AI enablement.

As the Systems & AI Integration Manager within Revenue Platforms (RP) Center of Excellence (CoE), you will operate at the intersection of Finance and Engineering. You will navigate high-ambiguity environments and lead cross-functional discussions to transform finance processes, advise on Finance requirements, and leverage AI optimization to scale Controllership support for new product launches and ensure compliance with new regulations

You are not a backend coder, but a systems-minded "translator" who understands database logic, SQL, and platform capabilities, like SAP and Google Payments Platform (GPP), to design scalable, automated solutions. In this role, you will sit in the "driver’s seat" of our AI-native transformation. Ready to learn and experiment, you will configure AI-driven workflows, upskill the broader team on automation, and partner with RP’s technical teams to translate experimental pilots into production-ready tools. Additionally, you will support and evolve RP’s Agentic Governance Framework for maintaining our skills and agents while managing AI risk, requiring strong project management and executive communication to align leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Quote-to-Record (Q2R) initiatives, including product launches, regulatory updates, and AI transformation, ensuring timeliness and quality of project deliverables.
  
• Leverage AI-native capabilities to collaborate with finance and engineering, define finance needs, identify platform gaps, assess risks, and automate workflows.
• Develop deep expertise in Q2R processes and revenue platforms (GPP and SAP) to enable AI prototypes and recommending creative solutions for finance process transformation.
• Collaborate across the broader RP team to drive AI upskilling, share automation best practices, while supporting and evolving the agentic governance framework.
• Develop your own perspective on your scope and present clear, data-driven recommendations to executives through compelling presentations.
