Position Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

•       •  Requirements & Documentation: Lead requirement discovery, analysis, and documentation across the product lifecycle, translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and workflows.

•       •  Backlog Ownership: Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring stories are clear, prioritized, and development-ready — based on business value, customer impact, risk, dependencies, and delivery constraints.

•       •  Proxy Product Ownership: Act as Proxy Product Owner for day-to-day product and requirement decisions within delegated authority.

•       •  Solution Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers/Owners, Architects, UI/UX designers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders during solution design and delivery. Identify requirement gaps, assumptions, dependencies, edge cases, and downstream impacts.

•       •  Delivery Support: Provide timely functional clarification throughout development and testing, support defect triage, UAT, business acceptance, release readiness, and requirement change impact analysis.

•       •  Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate stakeholder alignment and resolve conflicting requirements or priorities.

 

Required Skills

Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and functional solutioning.

•  Product thinking with focus on business and customer outcomes.

•  Strong backlog management, user story, and acceptance criteria skills.

•  Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication.

•  Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.

•  Collaboration experience with UI/UX design in requirement and story refinement.

•  Good understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise applications.

•  Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Draw.io.

•  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.

Desired Skills

•       Experience acting as a Proxy Product Owner or supporting Product Management in complex enterprise or product-led environments
