Tax COO's Office - A1 (FTS)

Roles & responsibilities

•Play a key role in monitoring and implementing projects (Business unit/ Organizational and change initiatives) by meeting key objectives on time and within budget.
•Support strategic working groups and cross-functional teams in implementing various Tax wide initiatives such as employee experience, campus experience, future of tax professionals,  and other employee focused engagement and community initiatives.
•Work with the internal communications team to drive various campaigns to ensure messages are clear and consistent.
•Support the team in identifying how change might affect different teams and help gather feedback from key stakeholders. Perform change impact analysis on the program initiatives supported.
•Help conduct market analysis on vendor costs and training cost for various services.

Educational qualifications

•Post-Graduation (MBA)
•60% in X, XII and UG

 

Work experience

•A minimum of 0 to 1 year or currently pursuing final year of post-graduation
