Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, enhancing user experience and functionality. Collaboration with different teams to align web development efforts with project goals is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of web applications ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of web components while maintaining quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design principles to create applications that work across various devices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug web applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of user experience principles to enhance site usability and accessibility.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
