Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager to ensure a safe working environment at construction sites by implementing safety procedures, monitoring compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures and policies.
Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and standards.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Take corrective actions to minimize workplace safety risks.
Conduct safety briefings and awareness sessions for workers.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the site.
Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure safe working practices.
Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
Gender: Male
Education: Diploma
English: Intermediate English
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Skills: Construction Safety Regulations, Safety Culture
