Account Head

The Account Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete accounting and financial operations of Gallops Food Plaza across multiple locations. The role includes monitoring daily transactions, sales, purchases, expenses, cash/bank transactions, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Manage accounting operations for multiple Gallops Food Plaza locations.Monitor daily sales, cash collections, expenses, purchases, and bank transactions.Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries and documentation.Handle GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliance as applicable.Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and location-wise performance reports.Monitor outstanding payments, receivables, payables, and vendor accounts.Coordinate with branch managers and accounts teams at different locations.Review and reconcile cash, bank, POS, online sales, and payment gateway transactions.Monitor food cost, operational expenses, and other financial controls.Ensure proper invoice, bill, voucher, and supporting-document management.Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and management.Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.Maintain proper financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.Designation: Account HeadDepartment: Finance & AccountsCompany: Gallops Food PlazaWork Location: Multiple Gallops Food Plaza Locations
