Job Description – Accountant

Location: Civic Center, Bhilai

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain financial records.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices and E-Way Bills.
• Make accounting entries and maintain accounts in Tally.
• Manage data entry, Excel sheets and general computer work.
• Maintain records of payments, receipts, expenses and outstanding balances.
• Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, banks and internal staff as required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Complete assigned work accurately and within deadlines.
• Make Quotations, Warranty Certificates and book-keeping.

Required Skills

• Tally and basic accounting knowledge
• Invoicing and E-Way Bill generation
• Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Data entry and record management

Experience: 0–2 years preferred. Freshers with practical accounting knowledge may also be considered.
