Job Description
We are looking for a senior SEO Executive / SEO Specialist who has hands-on experience in guest posting, link building, blogger outreach, and off-page SEO.
The ideal candidate should know how to find relevant websites, contact website owners, negotiate guest post opportunities, and build high-quality, niche-relevant backlinks that improve organic rankings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute guest posting and blogger outreach campaigns
- Find high-quality, niche-relevant websites for guest posting
- Build and maintain a database of potential publishers
- Contact website owners/editors through email and other outreach channels
- Negotiate guest post pricing and publishing terms
- Identify websites based on DA, DR, organic traffic, relevance, and authority
- Prepare or coordinate high-quality guest post content
- Ensure backlinks are natural, contextual, and relevant
- Analyze competitors’ backlink profiles and identify new opportunities
- Monitor published backlinks and ensure they remain live/indexed
- Maintain weekly/monthly reports of outreach, placements, costs, and backlinks
- Follow white-hat SEO practices and avoid PBNs, spammy sites, and low-quality link farms
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of practical SEO experience
- Strong knowledge of Off-Page SEO
- Excellent understanding of Guest Posting & Blogger Outreach
- Experience with backlink analysis tools such as:
- Ahrefs
- Semrush
- Moz
- Good knowledge of Domain Rating (DR), Domain Authority (DA), organic traffic, anchor text, and referring domains
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good written English
- Ability to independently research and build publisher lists
- Experience in email outreach is preferred
What We Are Looking For
We are not looking for someone who simply purchases bulk backlinks.
We need someone who can build genuine, high-quality, niche-relevant backlinks through manual research and outreach.

Bonus
