Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Billing & Collection Executive for our packaged drinking water manufacturing plant in Bhiwandi.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sales invoices and dispatch bills.
• Collect and reconcile payments received from drivers.
• Verify cash, cheque, UPI and bank transfer payments.
• Match collections with invoices, delivery records and customer outstanding.
• Maintain driver-wise and customer-wise collection records.
• Verify vehicle number, driver details, invoice number and payment amount.
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for billing and collection.
• Update payments in Excel/Zoho/accounting software.
• Maintain daily billing and collection reports.
• Identify and report payment shortages, pending collections and mismatches.
• Ensure proper handover of cash and cheques to accounts/management.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing and collection transactions.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in billing, collection, accounts or FMCG/distribution.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience handling cash, cheque, UPI and payment reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Honest, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
