Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and operations roles
- Monitor attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, LWF)
- Drive employee engagement and grievance redressal
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and induction processes
- Maintain HRMIS and manpower reports
- Liaise with contractors/vendors for manpower supply
- Ensure discipline and adherence to HR policies at the site
Key Skills:
- Strong communication & people management
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliances
- Experience in fast-paced logistics/warehousing environment
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems
