Electrician

1. Check earthing on a daily basis first thing in the morning to avoid any electrical shocks

2. Responsible to control the power factor (PF) (Maintain register)

3. Preventive Maintenance - On a weekly basis & submit reports on a weekly basis to the management, signed copies

• Install, Maintain and Repair Electrical Control, Wiring, and Lighting Systems
• Inspect Circuit Breakers and other Electrical Components.
• Develop maintenance procedures for all electrical appliances and ensure implementation
• Responsible to do Preventive maintenance of every electrical appliances on weekly basis
• Troubleshoot Electrical Issues Using Appropriate of Testing Devices.
• Responsible to do procurement of spare parts at local level and do the follow-up for spares 
• Responsible to do follow-up for spares parts from suppliers
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Responsible to maintain records and updating servicing date of machines
• Maintain power factor (PF) reading of electric meter daily
• Responsible to take safety measures
• Monitor equipments in inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Responsible to send reports to management (Daily/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly)
• Check electrical systems of buildings to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all electrical related repair and installation activities
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied
• Adherence to factory act for safety
• Single point of contact for Preventive and Curative maintenance  
• Should be available for emergency break down in non working hours as well.
• Take care of any unforeseen issues related to maintenance
• Follow National Electrical Code State and Local Building Regulations.
