Prepare appointment letters, offer letters and HR documents.

Handle recruitment and interview coordination.

Maintain employee attendance, salary and leave data.

Coordinate with Accounts for salary, PF and ESIC-related work.

Ensure employees follow company rules and HR policies.

Handle employee queries and basic HR issues.
