Job Description
The role is responsible for end-to-end order processing, billing, and documentation for General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT), ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of sales orders. It involves close coordination with sales, logistics, transporters, and internal teams to manage schemes, pricing updates, vehicle placement, and dispatch priorities. The position also oversees stock and replacement management, including monitoring stock movement, handling damaged/expired/short supply cases, and supporting monthly reconciliations. Additionally, the role focuses on preparing and maintaining daily and monthly MIS reports, fill-rate analysis, stock audits, and replacements, while ensuring compliance through proper record-keeping, invoice management, E-way bill processing, and petty cash control to support smooth operational flow.
