Job Description

  • Operate and monitor the twin-screw extruder during production.
  • Set and maintain temperature, screw speed, feed rate, pressure, and torque according to the production recipe.
  • Start up, shut down, and clean the extrusion line safely.
  • Monitor material feeding and product quality.
  • Check parameters and identify abnormal conditions such as high torque, pressure fluctuations, or temperature deviations.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance when required.
  • Collect samples and perform basic quality checks.
