GeM & MP Tender Specialist (Smart Office Executive)

We are looking for a smart and energetic professional to handle the complete end-to-end process for GeM Portal and MP Tenders (bidding, documentation, and compliance). This role involves coordinating with Government departments, managing regular client calling & follow-ups, and overseeing daily office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer proficiency and leverage modern AI tools to deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

 GeM & MP Tenders Management: Handle daily bidding, product uploading, L1/RA participation, and complete tender documentation on the GeM Portal and MP e-Procurement platforms.

 Government Client Liaison: Build professional relationships, coordinate, and negotiate effectively with government officials and departments.

 Calling & Follow-ups: Conduct rigorous calling and follow-ups regarding tender updates, ongoing projects, and pending payments.

 Computer & AI Work: Utilize advanced computer skills and modern AI tools (such as ChatGPT/AI automation tools) to streamline documentation and boost workflow efficiency.

 Office Operations: Manage daily administrative work, back-office operations, email correspondence, and data entry.
