Job Description

We are looking for Telecallers / Collection Executives to join our team for handling customer payment follow-ups and overdue account collections.

💼 Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue/pending payments.
  • Inform customers about outstanding amounts and payment due dates.
  • Understand the reason for delayed payment and communicate available payment options.
  • Follow up with customers and obtain payment commitments as per company guidelines.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, customer responses, commitments, and follow-ups.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Escalate disputed or complex cases to the concerned senior/team leader.
  • Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection and calling targets.
  • Update customer/account information accurately in the system.
  • Maintain professional communication and follow company policies and approved collection practices.
