Job DescriptionI-Scoot Motors India LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, taxation and related documentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Handle Tally Prime/ERP and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
• Manage GST-related entries, returns and reconciliation.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions and related compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Track vendor/customer outstanding payments and follow up when required.
• Prepare monthly reports, ledgers and financial statements.
• Maintain proper records of expenses, bills, receipts and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, dealers and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
• Assist management with MIS reports and financial data.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and statutory requirements.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and TDS.
• Good command of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in automobile/EV/manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
• Preferred CandidateB.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Candidates with experience in GST, TDS, Tally and Excel preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
