Cashier

The Cashier will be responsible for managing billing and payment operations while ensuring accuracy, speed, and professional guest service.

Handle billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.

Operate POS/Petpooja or other billing systems and ensure all orders are correctly entered.

Verify bills, discounts, offers, taxes, and payment details before closing transactions.

Handle cash, cards, UPI, and other approved payment methods responsibly.

Maintain accurate cash records, receipts, and daily transaction reports.

Perform cash counting and shift-wise cash reconciliation and report discrepancies immediately.

Coordinate with Captains, Service Staff, Kitchen, and Management to resolve billing or order-related issues.

Ensure smooth and quick billing during peak hours to minimize guest waiting time.

Handle guest queries related to bills and payments politely and professionally.

Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of cash, billing data, and guest information.

Ensure the cashier counter and surrounding area remain clean, organized, and presentable.

Follow all company SOPs, billing procedures, hygiene standards, and cash-handling controls.

Support management with sales reports, payment summaries, and end-of-day closing procedures.
