Accountant

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently and accurately.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts, etc.)
• Prepare and maintain financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filing.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Manage vendor payments, client invoices, and follow-up for dues.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning.
• Generate MIS reports and provide insights on financial performance.
• Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience in construction/manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of MSME and statutory payment guidelines.
