Job Description

  1. Handle daily back-office operations and administrative tasks.
  2. Maintain and update records, reports, and databases.
  3. Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy.
  4. Manage Excel sheets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
  6. Handle documentation, email communication, and record management.
  7. Maintain client and company records.
  8. Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
  9. Provide operational and administrative support to the team.
