Field Sales Executive

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through field visits.
• Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/services.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and close sales.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / Direct Sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to travel within Bhopal and nearby areas.
• Knowledge of the local Bhopal market will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

₹25,000/month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
